Great amenities and a beautiful garden view. The staff were attentive and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. the beach access could be improved as it required a bit of a walk or shuttle service, which sometimes took a while.

Everything was fine. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had a great experience. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the daily activities like volleyball and ping pong. Kids loved their meals and the hotel facilities, especially the water park.

It was perfect.

The suite offered generous space with a kitchen and living area, providing a comfortable home base. Two pools, one heated for activities and another for quiet relaxation, catered to various preferences, making it easy to unwind without interruptions.

The WiFi connection proved unreliable, making it challenging to stay connected without frustrating interruptions. while the proximity to the beach was nice, the lack of a straightforward shuttle service caused some inconvenience in getting there. The dining options, though satisfactory, became repetitive, lacking enough variety over the course of the stay.

A memorable anniversary getaway

We felt incredibly welcomed with spacious rooms and an amazing animation team. The food quality was a highlight, particularly the special steak dinner prepared for our anniversary.

Slightly disappointed that the spa was a 10-minute walk away and not right on the beach, which required some planning with the kids.

During our family trip, we enjoyed a lovely 7-night stay. The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for us, providing comfort and cleanliness. My daughter was thrilled with the meals, and the staff made a birthday cake for my mother-in-law, which was a wonderful surprise. I appreciated the complimentary access to the water park, making our time here truly memorable.

the staff at makadi palms were super friendly and always willing to help. we enjoyed lounging in the gorgeous garden area and loved the variety of food offered at the buffet. the spa was a great add-on too.

sometimes the lunch options weren't very exciting. 😅

The restaurant staff, especially the server Abdo, made dining enjoyable with their friendly service. While the grounds were spacious, the absence of readily available spa services and some minor wait times for drinks at the pool bar detracted from the overall experience.
